I have been to numerous dealerships over the years buying new and used cars. The sales staff of this dealer don't return calls in a timely manner (within 24 hours would be the bare minimum) try two to four days. I guess they don't want/need the business. Take your business to Wellesley Mazda (never bought there but very professional, same for Ira toyota milford, even bernardi framingham.
