They were very professional and responsive to my questions and did a great job in completing the body work in fact earlier than initially suggested. I was very surprised to see the car cleaned and washed the car...., They also provided a free 20 point inspection. I was told there will be updates on the status of the repair as it progress, by email or message, but I didnt receive any until the end, this was the only blemish, so they do not get full 5 star rating..., but overall great experience with the team at Haskins
My car broke down and AAA recommended Haskins as a repair shop. Repair ended up taking 9 days instead of the 1-2 days originally stated. When the car was initially fixed the fuel system was put back together incorrectly leading to me being unable to fuel the vehicle. The car then had to go back into the shop again. Said it would be fixed on Friday this time but by Tuesday it was still not fixed. I had to call 3-4 times Tuesday, because the garage was not following up, until it was finally fixed just before end of day. Cost was $1200, repair time was 9 days, not to mention $700 of rental car expenses I incurred. The second $400 was due to having to rent a car from Thursday to Tuesday the second time the car was sent in the shop to be fixed after the first repair did not work. I would recommend finding another garage.
Overpriced shop with scare tactics, body shop is even worse, they couldnt even match the paint on my bumper. Estimates are way overpriced, always get a second opinion. Rob is a liar as he tried to get more out of my insurance company & tried to sell me work that wasn't needed on my vehicle. His a real piece of work. My family & friends will never come back here again. All CUSTOMERS BEWARE of this shop & always get a second opinion!! Shop around as you will get a cheaper & better quality work than Haskins.
The place lacks streamlined communication with customers. But it is a good garage and systematic.
Haskins did a great job repairing our week old Subaru that was rear ended. It was a bummer getting in an accident with a car that had only 200 miles on it but the car came back looking like a brand new car should! Thanks guys.
