My experience here was far from ideal. I was a customer of Hercules Dry Cleaning since they opened in 2008 and brought in clothes on a regular basis. I went to go pick up some dry cleaning one day to find a very expensive shirt with the sleve ripped and the button on the wrist missing. After 2 weeks of back and forth they suddenly tried to claim that I had given it to them like that. Customer service was never ideal since they weren't very good at speaking English, however this incident was unforgivable. I highly suggest taking your business to the multiple other dry cleaners in the area such as Zoots or Antiones where they take accountability for destroying your shirt.

This is the best dry cleaner in Neddham after I tried couple of them. The owner and his son, wife are super friend and genuine and service is great too.
