I see lots of older folks hanging out here happily. Unfortunately, I don't think this is a good place for someone who wants to push hard. Went in, got maybe 8 exercises on the first day. That was after I got there 20 minutes early and they started 20 minutes after the schedule. I asked if we should reschedule but they got defensive. I did 5 of those exercises every day and went to the gym few days. I went back, got a nasty look and snide remarks about going to the gym and telling me I did not do any exercise. When she asked me to do them, it was obvious she saw that I was acing it. It's good if you want to progress slow and be talked down (and not motivated). Person I got would give me exercise verbally, walk away for 5-10 minutes. Even told me I lied when I did my reps. I put timers with alarm so she can here them Calling to cancel remaining appointments.
