I was a patient for years and I am so disappointed in the level of care I received at this office. The administrative staff is rude and they don't do their jobs. They do not answer the phone & you will be number one in the queue for over 15 mins & they rarely return calls. I waited a month for blood work results from my yearly physical.
This office does not care about you as an individual, they're consistently behind schedule so you will wait 45 mins to an hour after your scheduled time to be seen and they don't value your opinions with respect to your own health care. Although I liked my PCP, the office is horrible and I deserve better.
A few years back I developed an upper respiratory condition with a severe cough that made it difficult to breathe. I was seen in the office and not prescribed any meds. My condition worsened so I called the office first thing in the morning to follow up with my PCP. I kept reaching Sarah at the desk who assured me that she would let him know that I called. After 7pm another doctor finally returned my call and within seconds of speaking with me he said I should have called sooner. When I informed him that I had been calling ALL day he said he had no record of my calls! He told me to call the office in the morning to make a same day appt. I did and the receptionist (Nancy) said she couldn't get me in. When I told her it was per my PCP's instructions she said, "I'll be nice to you if you're nice to me." Wow....
Whether you leave a phone message or email your PCP through the patient portal, its intercepted by a nurse and you can never speak directly with your PCP.
